The default presets offered on the home page can be modified and reordered. When logged in as the owner or as an administrator, you will find "Add Preset", "Delete Preset", and "Edit Preset" buttons you can use in the "Design Presets" section of your home page. Presets can be reordered by changing their "Sort order" field and clicking "Apply".
Each preset can be offered to everybody or to selected groups only, you could for example offer specific presets to logged in customers only:
