You can easily create a design with an image on your device and post it on an order or a quote.
Step 1. Login to your account and click "Select & Upload" to select and upload an image file from your device.
Step 2. On the next step, the system proposes dimensions based on the uploaded image resolution and your minimum resolution settings. You can change the dimensions by manually entering your dimensions, using the slider, or selecting a preset size from the list (if configured in Menu -> Settings). You can also crop the image if necessary.
Step 3. Select a design preset from the list to get you started. Please note that it is possible to change the presets.
Step 4. On the design page, all the available options are present and can be selected to customize your design. Once done, click "Save" at the bottom, this will record the item and redirect you to the "New Order/Quote" page.
Step 5. You can now select a customer, and "Post as a quote" or "Post as an order". Please note that you can add more items to the order before posting by clicking the "Create another item" button at the bottom.
Step 6. On the top right of the order page, you will find the buttons to download a PDF version of the document you posted. It is possible to edit every aspect of the order, change it's status, enter a deposit amount or mark it as paid.
To view all the documents you posted, click "Orders/Quotes" in the top navigation.
