We call a customer that is not logged into the system a "Guest". Here are the different system user roles:


Guest 

A customer that is not logged in including anybody who is using the connect page. Guest access can be completely disabled or you can hide prices to them in Menu -> Settings.


Customer

A logged in customer who can design items and place orders for review.


User

Member of the staff who can design items and post orders/quotes.


Administrator

Member of your staff who can design items, post orders/quotes, and change the system settings.


Owner

The creator of the account who has all permissions.
